Over The Garage flip
One of my favourite things is renovating attics to add more living space. In this house, I moved the bedroom to the attic, and the previous bedroom is now an office/gaming room. This flip was meant for a single person/couple, with additional place to sleep on the couch in the office (for guests etc). The office could be turned into a child's room in the future.
